REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation Process
  • For Cancellation or order Return related queries, send us an email at contact@eye4ever.com.
  • Cancellation will only be acceptable pre-dispatch of product. Cancellation post-dispatch of the product will be considered as void.
  • Multiple booking and cancellations of the same product may result in incurring cancellation fees from the user.
  • Misuse of Coupon code may lead to cancellation of the order with no refund.
  • Return Policy
  • A 14-days return policy is offered to all our customers.
  • For Return or order-related queries, send us an email at contact@eye4ever.com.
  • Customers should pack the entire product with invoices, packaging, all accessories, and keep the product ready to be picked up by the logistics delivery partners.
  • All Returned products will undergo a Quality Check to verify the product and its accessories and 7-14 working days to process the refund.
  • No Refund will be initiated if the product received by Eye Forever Fails Quality Check, i.e. product is damaged, or any of the accessories is missing from the packaging.
  • No Refund will be initiated if wrong prescription values are entered by the customer at the time of order placement in the case of prescription-based products like eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses.
  • Returns for Products Purchased In Offer 
  • The terms & Conditions of an offer might vary from offer to offers.
  • Not-Acceptance of Delivery
  • Deduction of 50% of the order amount will be applicable in cases of non-acceptance of delivery/order refusal and package returns to the origin.
  • Non-Serviceable Area
  • If your address falls in our non-serviceable area then we will refund your money and the order will be canceled automatically.
  • Faulty Product Received
  • If the customer receives faulty, damaged in transit, or the wrong product is delivered then Eye Forever will initiate a return/refund to you. If the customer fails to notify Eye Forever on the same day of delivery then the customer will not be eligible for a free return/refund.
  • If the package is already opened, the customer should not accept the package and inform Eye Forever on the same day of delivery.

  • Refund Cycle
  • Refunds normally take about 7-14 working days. The time frame consists of return pickup, quality check-up, confirmation, and refund initiation.
  • If payment is done using UPI it may take 30 days to refund.
